Job Description

Role - Senior IT Project Manager

Location - Foster City, CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT projects through the full delivery lifecycle (Pre-project → Sustain), focusing on Salesforce.com-based solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans (timelines, milestones, resource allocations, dependencies).
Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including vendors and delivery partners.
Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and project costs while aligning with Finance and PMO standards.
Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and vendors across time zones.
Run governance processes (steering committees, status reviews, stand-ups).
Maintain high-quality project documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years OR Master’s Degree with 6+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional programs across global teams and vendors.
Strong understanding of project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and metric development skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with senior executives.
Ability to take ownership and drive projects with accountability.
