Service now expert (NOT USER)
Should be able to extract data from Service now using queries
Strong on writing queries and design on service now.
Expert in Service now as the tool
Good Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, Service Portal, and platform features.
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ITIL or other industry frameworks
Good on ITGC and SOX processes related documentation
Understanding of SOX templates and preparation
Differentiate between different SOX processes ( like RU, SOD, CM1,,, CM3 etc) and prepare documents
Must be a self-starter and should be able drive with ownership
