Oracle EBS - SCM Functional Consultant

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Module.

•              Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.

•              Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.

•              Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates.

•              Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

•              Deliver training sessions and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS.

•              Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions or integrations.

•              Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

•              Resolve tickets within the defined SLA with detail resolution notes and solution.

•              Having experience working on Production Support Project

•              ServiceNow Experience would be added advantage.

•              Good Communication skills.

•              Skills/JD: Should have previously managed Oracle EBS Supply Chain (SCM) projects

•              -              Should have prior experience as Oracle EBS Supply chain consultant (covering Purchasing, Inventory, Order mgmt.. and Shipping modules)

•              -              Primary language skills: Spanish; Secondary language skills: English
